Erytheis has the experience to see off this large field, with newcomers Saffwah and Miss Thailand worth noting, and Foxysox likely to be in the shake-up as well. Erytheis shaped like a certain future winner when second to Mostaqeleh on her Newbury debut, picking up well near the finish, and the third home that day, Short Dance, has since franked the form by scoring at Newmarket. She had to play second fiddle to the colt Giganticus on her next engagement at Haydock, but it is only a matter of time before she obliges. That should be today unless the Godolphin debutante Saffwah is anything special, and we will not know that until she has run. The daughter of King's Best holds no fancy entries at present, but the stable's youngsters are in good form, and as she is drawn near the rail in stall 18, she should be able to keep tabs on the selection housed next door. Miss Thailand is bred to come into her own over further next year but is worth keeping an eye on, while Foxysox is likely to be staying on at the end without being good enough. There are indeed plenty of runners here, but Erytheis has shown enough to see them all off.
