Having won with authority at Leicester a fortnight ago TRULY MAGIC takes the eye as a better option than Queen's Hawk and Pintura. The last named was a tad below par at Goodwood 16 days ago and needs to bounce back to form. However, that may simply have been a blip and he is no forlorn hope in this company. Placepot punters could do worse when drawing up the shortlist. Queen's Hawk also makes appeal on the pick of this season¿s efforts - especially now the handicapper has started to take a more lenient stance with him. Firm ground will be a big help and he can go close. However, Truly Magic relished the return to seven furlongs last time out and, with his confidence on a high; this appears to be a reasonable chance for him to follow up.
