In depth

Verdict

The unbeaten Red Mirage made a winning debut in handicaps when scoring at Kempton but has been raised 11lb. Baashir is 6lb higher than when scoring at York recently while Beverley winner Byron's Choice faces a tougher task in this. Tom Collins finished ahead of Sunset Breeze at Haydock last time having won twice in soft ground but OO DE LALLY scored over track and trip at the start of the year and went close again in a tougher contest at Goodwood last month so gets the vote back in this surface. Zip won here in April and looks best of the rest.
