Fiulin drops in class with cheek-pieces tried which may see a revival of his fortunes, however JUST LILLE is a smashing mare who can see off Manyriverstocross and Nanton who did best of those to race in the Ebor last time out. Ann Duffield's stable star had stamina issues to contend with when tried over a longer trip at Warwick last time out but she saw out the trip with no problem and the field had gone a decent pace. She is effective on any ground, looks feasibly treated on a mark of 93 and she should run another big race. Expect improvement from Bugaku; the handicapper has been quick to drop him in the handicap but he looks slow and this longer trip looks sure to bring about plenty of improvement. Desert Sea was a good winner at Sandown in July but he was one of several in this race who were well down the pack in the Ebor. Manyriverstocross fared much better; he was only beaten by a length and a half into sixth place and he must go well again despite a 3lb rise in the weights. Nanton ran a blinder at 40/1 in that race, finishing fourth, and he cannot be underestimated, along with Cosmic Sun who is consistent and this progressive three-year-old should run well assuming there is a good gallop on. Hawk Mountain is another strong stayer from a top Northern stable, and cannot be overlooked, however he looks too high in the weights now and is passed over in favour of the mare Just Lille.
