The Barbarians will play Argentina at Twickenham on December 1.
The Killik Cup encounter comes three years after the teams met in the Baa-Baas' 125th-anniversary match, which Argentina won 49-31.
"We are delighted to take on the Pumas once more, and with all the talent at our disposal it should be another match full of exciting attacking play," said Barbarians president Micky Steele-Bodger.
"Twickenham will provide a great stage, and we will be doing our best to really test Argentina as they continue their build-up to the 2019 Rugby World Cup."
Argentina, who face Wales and Scotland in next month's summer Tests, will play Ireland, France and Scotland next November before their Twickenham date with the Baa-Baas.
The Pumas are ranked ninth in the world and were drawn in England's pool for next year's World Cup.
