      Verdict

      Deputise has completed a double over the trip and Wolverhampton and Chester and looks certain to make a bold bid for a hat-trick but QUE AMORO (NAP) has improved steadily and there was plenty to like about her all-the-way victory over subsequent winner Queen Jo Jo at Beverley. Michael Dods' filly gets the nod though Leoube is another improver who could hardly have won a Bath nursery more easily though is faced with a 12lb rise. Artair's victory at Yarmouth came on soft ground while Society Queen only had two to beat at Ayr though wasn't disgraced in the Super Sprint a week ago when Staycation was behind.
