Verdict
Picabo is steadily coming back to her best and was placed over 5f at Sandown last time with Ray Of Joy a length behind. The Guru Of Gloom ran his best race of the season when third at Epsom though he's done all his winning over longer trips while Piscean and Five Star Junior have both slipped down to winning marks if rediscovering their best form. Soap Wars is good enough to figure if fully tuned-up on his reappearance but the vote goes to KUANYAO, third over C&D last month with Sunday's subsequent Ascot winner Nassau Storm just ahead. Peter Makin's charge can get his head back in front off his current mark.
