In the low grade seven furlong handicap that opens the card MAROSH has an outstanding claim after his successful handicap debut leaving Hathaway and Premium Charge fighting for minor prizes. The selection seemed to improve for a slight step in trip when sauntering to victory over course and distance on that handicap bow. Had he been carrying the six pound penalty he has on his back here on that last run he still would have scored so given that his unexposed nature means he should also improve he is our confident pick. Hathaway put in her best over this trip at Kempton two starts ago when a pound worse off so is expected to go better this time than on her last start. Premium Charge has been mildly progressive in claimers and on the pick of his form is potentially well in at the weights while Feel The Magic has a least won but was well stuffed by the pick last time out. It looks like we get one of the best bets of the day in the first race and the money should be down for Marosh, who is well ahead of the handicapper.
