There's very little to choose between PEACE CORPS and Capeability in this maiden but with the formers last run on the level looking slightly stronger he gets the call while we would expect to see improvement from Zerzura after a solid first run. Adam Kirby has been riding out of his skin recently and he takes the ride on the selection for the first time. The gelding's run when second in a warmish looking contest at Salisbury the last time we saw him in a flat race is encouraging and he just about sets the standard. Capeability is already proven on this surface when finding just the one too good in a course and distance maiden last March. His runner's-up placing in a Kempton Handicap two starts back hold much promise and he should go close. Zerzuza was expected to make a winning debut and despite being well held that day there was enough promise in the run to offer hope and this track may suit better. Mydy Easy has held some solid form in two starts but will probably need to improve if he is to get the better of our pick Peace Corps.
