Goodbye Cash was impressive enough in victory last time to suggest he can run a big race under a revised mark but with his previous course form very weak preference is made for DABBERS RIDGE, who looks really well treated on his turf form, while course and distance winner Lunar River should also feature. The pick won back to back victories at Beverly in the spring before running a poor race when upped in class at York. He bounced back to form last time when a close third of 10 at this track and with him now 12lbs below his last winning mark he has a clear chance. Goodbye Cash capped a progressive run of results with a cosy enough score on his latest. His only 1lb heavier on his return to the all-weather but he hasn't really got close to winning at this track in the past and that's a worry. Lunar River looks light in the handicap on his return to this track based on his half-a-length defeat here in October, Bold Marc is a 1lb better off on this surface than when narrowly denied at Redcar while Cottonfields is unexposed and looks better treated after a solid handicap debut. Kladester might be one for each-way backers looking at his better efforts but in a race that won't take much winning Dabbers Ridge looks well treated.
