Richard Hannon does particularly well here with his two year olds, and has won this contest a number of times in previous years, including last year, and he can do so again, with YER WOMAN looking the pick of his duo here, and selected ahead of stablemate White Daffodil and Riffelalp. Yer Woman was an eye catching debutante last time out when running a good second at Bath just over a week ago; she's a half-sister to a useful winner and is highly regarded enough for an entry into the Newbury Super Sprint. Entitled to come on for that run, she's got to counter a low draw, but the yard's flying, and so could she be. White Daffodil has had a run too, finishing fourth in a Bath maiden earlier in the month, and she's also expected to improve from that. Again, she's got winners in the family, and was a 35,000 Guineas purchase last year. She's got the benefit here of a high draw. Riffelalp has a decent stall too, and finished well after looking well beaten on debut, and likewise there looks like there's more to come. Monte Mayor One finished just ahead of Pursuit of Gold last time out. Given Hannon's record though and current form we think he'll take it, with Yer Woman.
