In depth

Verdict

All For Luck, Johnny Roche and High Moor are three against the field in a trappy opener and the narrow vote is given to All For Luck. The selection was a fair second behind Skippers Brig last time out, that form has since been franked and with improvement likely he is hard to oppose under conditions that suit. Johnny Roche rates the main danger on his latest fourth behind Arctic Echo but the suspicion is he will be seen to better effect once handicaped and he is taken on with this mind. High Moor was a fair fourth behind King Daniel when last seen but may just need the run after a 254 day absence. Unowhatimeen won well on his debut when beating Mr Guppy but this looks tougher. Of the remainder Sparkling Taff hails from a yard that does well at this track and is another worth a cautionary look in the market but for the winner we return to All For Luck whose form looks rock solid.
