        Verdict

        In the opener, Mister Completely is selected ahead of Almizan and Domenico. The handicapper has not over-reacted to Mister Completely's course and distance win last time and, the sole c/d winner in the line-up, he is entitled to some thought today. Domenico is closely weighted with him based on that run. War At Sea has yet to look a natural on the all-weather but at least his mark is dropping. Almizan ought to be on a competitive mark and his all-weather course and distance debut run last time was fair. Serramanna is held based on that effort. A Grade 3 chase winner in October, Openide debuts on the all-weather today, while Mark Johnston's Kiama has yet to build on her 2005 form. Finally, I guess that you could not rule Captivate out of some money but, for the selection, we will opt for Mister Completely.
