A chance is taken with PEACE CONCLUDED in this ordinary looking maiden. Nora Mae caught the eye on her debut and, along with well-bred newcomer King's Siren, is worth noting in the betting. Another to bear in mind is Fongoli, who showed improvement last time out and is going the right way. The last named appeals as one to side with in nursery when she qualifies for a handicap mark after this. King's Siren has a likeable pedigree and has to be merit a second look at this level. She is a half-sister to quality sprinter Speed Cop, who won a Listed race as a juvenile, so she can be expected to make an impact at some point. Stamina for the trip will have to come from her dad's side of the family, so the daughter of King's Best may be best watched for the time being. Nora Mae ruffled a few feathers with a very pleasing effort on debut at Newbury 10 days ago. She overcame trouble in running to finish strongly on that occasion and, as the experience will be a vital tool to use at this stage, she cannot be discounted. However, Peace Concluded ran a blinder at Folkestone when she was last seen out and, as she created the impression that a race of this nature would be a formality for her, this striking individual is taken as the one to be on today.
