Verdict

BEDIZEN is the pick with Beverly Hill Billy and Acupulco Bay as the dangers. This race is little better than plating class and Pam Sly's charge makes a fair degree of appeal at the likely odds. Granted, he has had serious leg problems in the past but he is a genuine sort who appears capable of acting on any going. Beverly Hill Billy has been a tad disappointing over hurdles but his flat form stands up to examination and he would be very much of interest were the market to speak in his favour. Aculpoco Bay is invariably never that far away. Trip and going suit. Monsieur is always at his best when given a soft lead. He isn't the greatest of finishers. Alasao won well at Exeter on his most recent start. The handicapper has slapped on a 10lb rise in the weights for that effort. Hesivorthedriver has promised plenty in the past but has delivered little. Solitary Palm had obliged in a soft ground maiden for James Ewart and returns in headgear having worn none in his last two starts. Inn For The Dancer has never won over the hurdles but is a winning chaser. Won More Night is reunited with regular pilot, Warren Marston, so a watch on the market has to be advised. The usual suspects on view and Bedizen appears best.
