Verdict

MANIMOLE (NAP) justified market support at Worcester last month and the consistent mare has a decent opportunity under her penalty to back up that nine-length success. Mays Hill presumably did not show her true running that day after landing a Fontwell bumper as she came home 66 lengths behind the selection. It's interesting that Fergal O'Brien puts her back into battle here, but it would take a leap of faith to suggest she can turn the form around. Stable companion Police Academy commands respect at her best but did pull up last time and now has a first start for connections Time For Joy landed a point-to-point in May but also needs to improve after being well beaten on her hurdling bow, whilst stablemate, Falanghina, is likely to prove better in time after she too was tailed off latest.
