In depth

Verdict

Nasee has been raised 11lb for a surprise victory at Navan where the good going was put forward as the reason for the improvement so any further rain won't help. Not So Simple's victory came on good going at Killarney but he made an encouraging reappearance on heavy ground at Ballinrobe. Chelseas Friend produced a battling performance to complete a double at Kilbeggan but the vote goes to GALYPSO CLERMONT. Paul Nolan's charge had shown nothing in five previous starts before just failing to get up over 2m5f at Punchestown and the longer trip looks certain to suit.
