TAKE MY HAND could take the prize here in a handicap that may not take much winning, and she gets the nod ahead of Killing Moon and Magic Millie. Mick Channon's only runner on the card has a modicum of decent form to her name to be a realistic proposition at this level, and indeed won on her penultimate outing on another foray north to Catterick. Subsequently stepped up in grade at Newcastle she disappointed with a lack of running room, but she certainly stays this trip, finishing strongly. Killing Moon looks a progressive sort, and is the top rated, but only by a couple of pounds and Kevin Ryan does well at the track. Magic Millie has been tried at a variety of trips by his yard which has had a good few weeks, and she's got 8lbs in hand on Killing Moon. Second at Nottingham last time out in a race that's thrown up a few subsequent winners, she can't be ignored. Our preference though is for Take My Hand.
