      Verdict

      Midnight Malibu will be popular as she attempts to land a hat-trick, and further improvement is plausible, although she could be vulnerable to some of the less-exposed types. The same can be said for Swirral Edge, who caught the eye when winning over course and distance last time out, so the vote goes to LOVE ON THE ROCKS. She ran the winner close in a much stronger race at York earlier this month and was considered Group material as a two-year-old. She can prevail ahead of the consistent duo Geno and Rose Éclair.
