Verdict
Minivet, Bob's Gone and Special Promise look the three to concentrate on in a tough race to call and the tentative vote goes to Bobs Gone. The selection was a fair sixth behind Major Shark last time and and with the drop back down to this trip sure to suit he will be hard to beat. Minivet rates the main danger on his latest fourth behind Ottoman and he will appreciate any rain that falls. Special Promise is another worthy of respect he is from a yard in form and has dropped to a handy mark and a reproduction of his latest second behind Alfy Rich would see him go close. Dat My Horse is another that has dropped to a handy mark but he has looked a shadow of his former self of late and for that reason is passed over on this occasion. Of the remainder Dunlea is from a shrewd yard and is worth noting in the market but for the winner we return to Bobs Gone.
