Gypsy Eyes was fifth in the May Hill at Doncaster last month. Squash has been keeping good company while Tutu Nguru was fourth in this grade at Kempton last time. Drifting Spirit steps up from handicap company but has won her last three and many of the others have only won maidens so far. Queen's Trust's debut victory came on Polytrack at Kempton and Robanne also looked good when scoring on soft ground at Salisbury. Alamode had subsequent Rockfel Stakes winner Promising Run behind when successful at Goodwood in July while Aljuljalah won her maiden over course and distance on her debut last month, though looks held by Gypsy Eyes on a line through second Gale Song. FIRST VICTORY won another division of Aljuljalah's maiden in a faster time and only had to be pushed out to do so. She's got a cracking pedigree, has an early entry in next year's Irish 1000 Guineas and is potentially top class. Diploma was behind Light Up Our World here on debut but won next time over track and trip and has more scope than the Hannon filly.
