        Verdict

        Lady Royale, Alfraamsey and Brian Sprout make the shortlist here with Lady Royale taken to return to winning form. Alfraamsey has been running some decent races in defeat but they look to have been in ordinary races and the form looks mediocre. Brian Sprout ran well on debut, and although it was a low quality affair, the form has received a boost and he is respected. LADY ROYALE was runner-up in the Listed Hilary Needler before a disappointing effort when made favourite at Redcar. However, that may have been a bit quick between her races, and the form has been boosted since. Lady Royale can get off the mark.
