ASSEMBLY had been a beaten favourite in his opening three runs but was then gelded and showed massive improvement on his handicap debut at Yarmouth last week. He's been raised 10lb but can run here with a penalty so is taken to follow up. Aye Aye Skipper gained a surprise but comfortable victory in a Newmarket handicap a couple of weeks ago and an extra 6lb shouldn't prevent another big effort but Grand Denial faded quickly at Ascot after looking to have every chance and may be a few pounds high. Panther Patrol has gained both victories on Polytrack and Secret Missile has looked better when tackling the minimum trip.
