        Imperial Gain, High Octave and Endless Night are three against the field in this tight handicap and the tentative nomination is given to Imperial Gain. The selection was a fair fifth behind Finsbury last time out that form looks rock solid in the context of this race and off the same mark here he looks the one to be on. High Octave rates the main danger on his latest second behind Macedon but he is rising in the weights without winning and is passed over for that reason.Endless Night is another that could go well but he was behind High Octave last time and on the same terms here he has a little to find. Smile For Us is game and consistent and is sure to run his race but he looks weighted up to his best and with this in mind for the winner we return to Imperial Gain who looks sure to be sharpened up by the first time visor.
