A competitive finale should go the way of Rashida with Blue Torpedo, Bravemore and Banknote the others for the shortlist. The selection is lightly-raced and looks to be going the right way based on her win at Wolverhampton last time when she beat Toffee Vodka. This race is more competitive but if she can improve again then she should take plenty of beating. Blue Torpedo was third behind Magic Sting at Folkestone last time but he did not look entirely straightforward that day and is one to have reservations about. Banknote is in good form but he may be in the grip of the handicapper at present and a bigger threat may therefore come from Bravemore. He was disappointing when he failed to handle the ground at Leicester last time, but he had previously won in emphatic fashion at Wolverhampton when beating Battledress and if he could reproduce that effort here then would not be far away. This is not an easy race for punters to fathom, but Rashida has a likeable profile and is the one that should lead them home.
