A wide open handicap here with many in-form rivals in opposition including Brave Dane, Learned Lad and Mutarafaa and the vote goes to the last named. The five-year-old has been in fair form of late without winning but as a consequence he remains on a fair mark and a reproduction of his latest fourth behind Rare Coincidence would see him go close. Brave Dane rates the main danger he won well over course and distance last time when defeating Answered Promise but he will find this harder under his penalty. Learned Lad is also worthy of respect on his latest second behind Fall In Line but he looks to have plenty of weight so is opposed for that reason. My Maite is another that could go well he was a fair second behind Bank On Him last time but this looks more competitive. Of the remainder Magic Warrior is on a fair mark and is worth noting in the market but he has never won over this trip before so for the winner we return to Mutarafaa.
