Claimers don't come much tighter than this one mile two furlong version where given that VIA MIA is just best in at the weights George Baker's filly has the verdict marginally ahead of on-form pair Clear Sailing and Sir George. Expected to do better last time in a handicap the selection should go well stepped back down into this grade. She stayed this far when placing at Kempton two starts back and her runner-up performance off a mark of 68 at Wolverhampton recently reads well in the context of this race. Clear Sailing has hit form since being re-introduced into plating company. Two silvers and a gold make up his last three performances but with his best coming at Southwell and Wolverhampton he may find this surface a little quick. Sir George found just the one too good in handicap company last time and while he should go well in this grade he has stamina to prove. O the pick of his form The Dial House should be a leading player as should Hold The Bucks who ran well in a warm looking contest last time. It¿s a difficult start to the card but the weights favour Via Mia and that will do for us.
