Verdict
AL BARG shoulders joint topweight but takes a step down in grade to Class 4 company and may just have too much quality for his rivals. Performing adequately at a higher level, he was arguably unlucky not to finish closer last time in a Chelmsford Class 2 contest. Kodiac Harbour, in contrast, steps up in grade as well as making a turf debut after running well on three different all-weather tracks, whilst Sod's Law appeals as the main danger to the selection. An improved sort last term, he looked in need of his reappearance and should go well with the benefit of that outing. Dourado and Storm Ahead are consistent around this trip and harbour each-way claims.
