In depth

Verdict

Brandy Wine, Snowy and Just In Debt are three against the field in another wide open affair and the vote is given to Brandy Wine. The selection was pulled up last time out but prior to that he had been in good form and as long as the ground does not become too testing he is taken to score. Snowy rates the main danger as he won well last time out when beating World Vision. However he has yet to prove he stays this far and at likely odds he looks worth taking on. Just In Debt is another that could go well as he will relish the conditions but he often finds less than expected off the bridle and he looks opposable on that basis. Huka Lodge has the ability to go close but he does not always ordain to use it. Interdit is game and consistent and is sure to run his race but he is best with an easy lead. Of the remainder Wildfield Rufo and 's Run will stay longer than the mother in law and look to be on a handy marks and could be each way value but in a race that throws up more questions than answers for the winner we return to Brandy Wine.
