RUMBLE OF THUNDER is given the tentative vote in this competitive handicap with both Blaise Tower and Mabuya worth noting. The selection carries a penalty for winning at Bath eleven days ago breaking his maiden tag in the process. He won well that day and connections are keen to get another run into him before his rating has been reviewed and for that reason he is difficult to oppose. Blaise Tower landed back to back races at Southwell and Kempton during the winter. He is only three pounds higher in the weights on his return to the turf so has to be respected. Mabuya has caught the eye in his last two races finishing second on both outings. He has conditions to suit once again so is worth noting in the betting market. This looks another competitive handicap but Rumble of Thunder is more than capable of following up on his latest Bath success.
