It was fast ground when Chipotle won the Windsor Castle at Ascot with Boonie and Armor behind tand the former was well beaten on a previous outing on soft going. But there was some cut in the ground when FEARBY (NAP) bolted up in a Listed sprint at Sandown, with Mojomaker and Kaboo well beaten, so a bold bid is expected from Ed Bethell’s colt in this. Nymphadora is also a Listed winner but she came up short in the Queen Mary at Ascot last time. Chimgan beat subsequent winner Swayze in novice company at Nottingham and Arboy Will won a nursery in heavy going at Lingfield so they may prove the pick of the remainder.
