PRESSED FOR TIME gets the narrow vote here ahead of Thoughtsofstardom and Captain Kallis, although there are plenty in with chances. Our selection won nicely at Wolverhampton on Friday, seemingly relishing the first-time visor that was applied. It's no surprise she once again sports the headgear and if it once again works then defying a 6lb penalty to gain what would be her first turf success appears a reasonable expectation, although caution has to be the way to play until she does show her adaptability. Thoughtsofstardom is a consistent, strong-travelling sort who is a dual course and distance winner. Now rated a pound below his highest winning mark on the turf he should be up to taking a similar race and it's surely significant that Frankie Dettori rides him for the first time. Captain Kallis has been in good form all year and ran in a better race last time so he has to be considered with Fallon up, though how he's rated a better horse on turf than he is on the all-weather is something of a mystery as his form figures suggest a strong preference for artificial surfaces. Bookiesindex Boy is another turf maiden but the pick of his placed efforts have come here at Folkestone and, as he's shown himself to be in good health this year by winning at Southwell and taking second last time, there's every chance another place on the podium awaits. The theme continues with Bollywood Style, a mare who also arrives here without a win on turf but in fairness she's only had four tries. John Best's charge is fairly treated on her Lingfield win earlier this year but both wins have come over seven furlongs and she's taken on with that in mind. Old boy Caribbean Coral is 2lbs lower than when placed on his return at Catterick but subsequent efforts have been poor and perhaps age has got him, so we'll return to the in-form Pressed For Time who gets our vote in a wide-open affair.
