    Verdict

After just two runs on the all-weather, the handicapper has had little to work with regards Astro King. A mark of 87 could be generous if the Kingman colt handles the surface but AMIR KABIR might appreciate a return to Turf and his rider’s 3lb claim could make all the difference in a tight-looking contest. De Sousa rides Kaleidoscopic for the first time but she is looking high enough in the weights now while Al Mutathar steps up in trip after finishing a well-beaten favourite at Newmarket. Junkanoo gets cheekpieces and is preferred to Pride Of America of the others.
