GABRIAL’S STAR returned to winning ways with a seven-length romp at Beverley last week. He should go well again despite a hike in the weights and is preferred to stablemate Gleese The Devil, who is having his first start of the year. Chocala won at Ascot when last seen at the track but that was in 2014 while both Cotillion and Snowy Dawn went close over 1m6f on their latest starts and the latter is a course and distance winner. Medina Sidonia has plenty to find with the selection but Diamond Joel went close over track and trip on his penultimate start before well beaten over further at Goodwood.
