Course and distance winners SAUSALITO SUNRISE and Double Ross were both smart chasers in their day. The former hasn’t raced since the 2017 Cheltenham Festival but returns following a wind operation and Olly Murphy is perfectly capable of getting one ready at home. The latter is now a teenager while Kelvingrove never seems to run two races alike. It would be a surprise if either of the other pair managed to end a long losing run.
