Verdict

DEISE ABA faces an easier task than when a beaten favourite in a Class 2 event at Ascot but will need to get back to the form he showed when accounting for a subsequent Listed winner in a maiden here in November to hold off Kingsplace. Nigel Twiston-Davies’ seven-year-old came up against a useful novice here last month and should be winning soon. New Age Dawning found only one too good at Lingfield last month and is entitled to improve for the experience while it’s interesting that Harry Cobden prefers Densfirth to stablemate Blackjack Kentucky.
