Verdict

MASTER DANCER produced a much-improved performance last time when stepped up in trip and can hopefully prove equally effective despite moving back down two furlongs here. He stayed on really strongly and handled soft conditions very well that day so the forecast ground should prove no barrier. Invincible Wish and Grams and Ounces tie in closely on recent course form with the latter weighted to arguably reverse placings now but Fair Comment is hard to assess as she's been doing practically all her racing on artificial surfaces over the past year. Shirataki, File Of Facts and Desert Cross have all shown enough to warrant consideration but the market should guide as to the claims of the unexposed Madame Chow, who has been hitherto very disappointing.
