Sly Minx ran in the Lingfield Oaks Trial after an earlier second on that track on the all-weather. She placed at Newmarket last year and will be fancied to open her account but Lord Of The Alps could well appreciate the step up in trip and there is almost certainly more to come from Inky Blinder as he gains experience. RAY’S THE ONE (NAP) made his debut over a mile at Newcastle earlier this month and showed plenty of promise under a considerate ride. He is from a family of stayers so he’ll relish stepping up to 1m4f.
