      Verdict

      AVIATE is taken to see off Blue Angel and Bella Swan. Henry Cecil looks to have a really useful filly on his hands and with an entry still held in The Oaks; this race will decide plenty in terms of future direction. Blue Angel holds no fancy entries. Were she able to run up to her effort in the Produce stakes at Goodwood; she would be very competitive at this grade. Walter Swinburn's string are in very decent order at the moment so Bella Swan has to enter calculations despite needing to make a massive leap up in grade. Yawary has been impressive in a couple of demolition jobs against weaker opposition. Deidre was well held at Newbury on seasonal reappearance. Aviate has bags of scope and if she has trained on, she should prove too good for these rivals.
