Centre wants club to build on last season's promising displays

Saracens centre Andy Farrell is determined to see his side kick-on from last season's promising performances. Sarries reached the semi-finals of the Heineken Cup and the EDF Energy Cup - and now Farrell wants the club to go on and win some silverware. The 33-year-old former Great Britain rugby league international told Sky Sports News: "Our aim first and foremost is to get Saracens to win something. "It is very important for us to move forward this season. "We did that for half-a-season last year and got to a couple of semi-final but we need to go all the way this year." Saracens are currently building towards the start of the new campaign with training sessions with the Royal Navy at the Maritime Warfare School. And new director of rugby Eddie Jones believes the gruelling session are vital to see the side gel together. He said: "It is good to stimulate the players. We want to form a very strong leadership group within the team and part of this week is to find the guys that are going to step forward."
