Leeds prop handed World Cup chance
Fosi Pala'amo's Leeds Carnegie debut has been put on hold after the giant prop was called into the Samoan World Cup squad.
The heavyweight front-rower, who tips the scales at 22st 12lbs, had been on stand-by for the Pacific Islanders.
However, a number of injuries has seen him fly out to France to join his fellow countrymen in their preparations for Saturday's match against England.
Despite losing Pala'amo, Leeds director of rugby Stuart Lancaster is delighted for the player.

He told the club's official site: "I'm obviously really pleased for Fosi.
"It's a great opportunity for him to represent his country at the highest level. He has settled in really well at the club and has already made a great impression.
"We will all be wishing him well for the rest of the campaign with Samoa."
