    Verdict

New Business was a short-priced favourite for the Wood Ditton at Newmarket last month but only managed third, a length-and-a-half behind runner-up KATHAB who should confirm that form. Mostabshir ran in the Craven Stakes on his reappearance but is penalised for his win at Kempton last year. His stable companion Ziryab may have more scope as he was an eye-catcher at Yarmouth when the going may have been softer than ideal.
