Bogart once achieved a rating of 110 and is down to 75 though he still retains ability and is the only course and distance winner in the line-up. John Butler's yard is going well and Toofi ran his best race for a very long time at Goodwood. Short Work also ran well last time but could find the ground a bit lively unlike Presidential, who has been thriving on fast going and is still well enough treated to make his presence felt. Daschas had dropped to a winnable mark when scoring at Windsor and is just 4lb higher so has to be on the shortlist but Suitcase 'n' Taxi will need a bit more after going up 5lb for a Class 5 victory at Carlisle. Fantasy Keeper has a long absence to overcome and has done best on ground with some give but in a wide open handicap a chance is taken with NINJAGO, a winner at this level from 2lb higher at Newmarket last summer and showing signs of a revival at Hamilton last month.
