A typical York sprint, and with stalls on the stand side, high numbers will be favoured. Elvington Boy, in good form of late, has more to do in this, but he is well drawn and should give a good account. Atlantic Viking, from a yard who has it's sprinters in good shape, has to be respected, while last years winner Smart Predator, has it all to do off a 24lb higher mark. Ellens Lad, a course and distance winner, is interesting back over this trip after not getting up the hill at Newmarket, while there is little between Boanerges and Bali Royal on Thirsk running. The latter, had no chance from her draw at Chester, is take to come out on top, with what looks like a decent draw here.
