Verdict
Leopard King is bound to be popular with backers following a promising debut spin but Sir Michael Stoute's colt is far from certain to be at home under the conditions so he may be worth taking on with a chance given to Expensive Detour, who gets the vote ahead of Roclette. The selection ran promisingly on his debut behind Terry Molloy at Carlisle and should appreciate the cut in the ground being by soft ground influence Namid. The Michael Jarvis-trained Orange Lily lacks a previous run and is not certain to handle the ground, while Until When would need to improve significantly on his debut effort to trouble the judge. Roclette was unfortunate last time and could be of interest if handling the ground but he is another not certain to do so and a better bet could be Expensive Detour, who is likely to be a decent price given his connections.
