THE SPOTLIGHT KID is unbeaten in two starts here, both over the trip, and showed good pace on his return over a mile at Kempton. He's taken to make a successful reappearance. Dark Side Thunder has won five of his eight starts but they have all been on the all-weather over 6f. He was well beaten on his only start over this trip though that was over a year ago. Covert Mission is another five-times all-weather winner but most of his victories have been over a mile. Thapa Vc has won six times on the all-weather and was beaten a short-head over this rip on fast ground at Leicester a year ago, his best effort on Turf.
