Verdict

DUE CONSIDERATION appreciated some cut in the ground at Musselburgh last week and duly returned a winning favourite. He gets similar underfoot conditions today and can defy a penalty in this company. Storm Alice won at Chepstow to open her account and looks the main threat given Elegant Elloise failed to show any progress on her handicap debut. The remainder go handicapping for the first time with Phoenix Passion and St Lukes Chelsea perhaps best of them.
