Tarooq made giant strides on Polytrack over the winter. Starting off in a seller, he rattled up a five-timer before finishing third in a Listed race at Lingfield in March but his absence since and the switch to Turf raises questions here. Titus Gent has been knocking on the door while Arctic Lynx is another consistent type who should be in the firing-line but we like the look of the unexposed OUT DO. Luca Cumani's gelding may not have beaten much at Kempton in October and the handicapper has kept him on the same mark as when a close-up sixth in a decent race at Salisbury earlier. Fitness won't be a problem and William Buick keeps the partnership intact. The three-year-old Equitania has plenty of speed and could also play a part.
