The market will have its say about the newcomers however Khor Dubai looks sure to benefit from this step up in trip and he gets the vote ahead of Aakef and Flyit. The selection was well-held in the Windsor Castle at Royal Ascot after missing the break but he is evidently well-thought of within the Godolphin set-up. He is bred to appreciate this longer trip and he runs like it will suit so he gets the narrow vote. Aakef is held by the selection on their Ascot clash but he may have found the occasion working against him and an improved performance should not be ruled out, whilst Flyit has put in two good runs albeit at a lower level. Annopolis and Magling look the most interesting newcomers; but the former's stable is yet to fire with their two-year-old's and the latter's stables horses normally improve leaps and bounds for their first run. At a price Magical Illusion could hit a place, as his recent run looks fairly solid, however it is Khor Dubai who can lead them home.
