Surprise Picture is consistent but still winless and basically in the handicapper’s grip. The latter comment also applies to Forest Falcon but My Swallow has scope off his current mark having only been beaten half-a-length at Chelmsford. Second over track and trip in April, Fiftyshadesofred makes his handicap debut but MOORBIK (NAP) also remains unexposed and has form at the track. Soft going may have been to blame for his failure last time at Ripon. Storm Catcher, on the other hand, seems to prefer give in the ground.
